Plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts (cuurent and new) or areas. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of staffing services.

- Generate and qualify leads.
- Engage with current clients to develop SOW proposals and coordinate delivery. Require strong technical skills and knowledge.

- Prepare sales action plans and strategies.

- Make face to face sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Develop and make presentations of company services to current and potential clients.

- Visit and meet with billable resources at client site.
